Do you only work with practices that already use AI?
No — most of our clients are adopting AI for the first time. We spend real time on the Assess phase specifically because starting from zero is normal, not a barrier.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Most rollouts run 3–8 weeks, depending on scope. We deliberately avoid open-ended, multi-month platform overhauls.
Will this disrupt our existing systems?
Our approach is to layer automation on top of what you already use, not replace your EHR or core systems. Staff keep the tools they know.
How do you handle compliance and data privacy?
Every engagement includes a compliance review before anything ships — HIPAA and any relevant state-level requirements are addressed upfront, not left as an afterthought.
