The Situation
A twelve-provider multi-specialty practice had providers routinely finishing charting after hours — a familiar problem, but one that was quietly driving burnout and turnover risk.
The Approach
We integrated AI-assisted charting directly into the providers' existing visit workflow, rather than introducing a separate tool they'd have to context-switch into. The system drafted notes in real time during the visit; providers reviewed and finalized, rather than writing from scratch.
The Result
Providers got back 6.5 hours per week on average, and a follow-up survey put provider satisfaction with the new workflow at 94%. Documentation stopped being something that happened after the workday ended.
